I turned 65 this year and that plus the death of my wife this year has lead me to think more than I have in the past about my future. I haven't quite put a bucket list together, but I am becoming more aware that if there are things I want to do before I die and there are, I best get with it. I probably don't have very many more years left to do the things I want to do. Either I will die and not be able to do them, or my eyesight will get so bad, that I will not be able to enjoy doing them. So now is the time to start doing those things I want to do. I can't wait for an appropiate time or until all things fall into place. There just isn't enough time.
But then that is true of everyone, be they 90 or 15. God didn't promise you tomorrow. There are no guarantees that you have many years left either. There is wisdom in the Nike "Just Do It" slogan for both you and me. So lets get started. Identify what it is in your life you want to do and start doing it.

You are a good man, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather. I hope to be half the man you are. You deserve to continue to live this life you made, dont waste it. JUST DO IT! I love you, Dan
